Building the workflow
1. Pull leads from Apollo
Use an HTTP Request node against Apollo's API with your ICP filters. Pull contacts with verified emails only — sending to guessed addresses is the fastest way to wreck your domain reputation.
2. AI personalization
For each lead, gather a signal (role, company news, tech stack) and prompt an LLM to write a short, specific opening line. The rule: every first line must reference something true and particular to that prospect. That single line is the difference between a 1% and a 5% reply rate.
3. Load into Instantly
